During her medical school training, Dr. Michelle Fincham quickly realized she enjoyed both the medical and surgical aspect of patient care. She also found the anatomy of the head and neck to be very complex and interesting. ENT became a good fit for her because it piqued her interest, allowed her to manage patients both medically and surgically, and encompassed patients of all ages. During her residency, Dr. Fincham developed interest in laryngeal and voice disorders, but she enjoys providing care for all aspects of the ear, nose and throat. Dr. Fincham is a Wildcat at heart, as she spent her undergraduate time as Kansas State University, but she certainly appreciates and enjoys her medical school training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Fincham further completed her ENT training during a residency in Buffalo, NY.<\/p>\n
